SECTION 1 – RETURNS
Our policy lasts 72 hours. If 72 Hours have gone by since your receipt of product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
SECTION 2 – EXCHANGE/RETURNELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non returnable: Gift Certificates
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
SECTION 3 - PARTIAL REFUND
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Item with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 72 hours after delivery received.
SECTION 3 - EXCHANGES
We only accept exchanges on items that are defective or damaged. All such applications are to bemade via our returns request page or sent to email@example.com by a photo or video evidence of the item in question within 72hours of receipt.
PRIVATE LIMITED has all rights to not accept a product as damaged if
the evidence provided in not substantial. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your application via email.

Regular priced items and Sale items may be exchanged unless otherwise stated during purchase.
4 - SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (when sending to us) when returning/ exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
